Heard Sri Maneesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. on behalf of State.
The applicant by means of this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to set aside the order dated 14.02.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C. (New), Chitrakoot in Criminal Revision No. 53/17 title as "Rameshwar Kesarwani and others Vs. Rajendra Prasad Kesarwani and others", under sections 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Raipura, District Chitrakoot whereby criminal revision of the applicants was dismissed by the learned court below.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground which may warrant interference by this Court for setting aside the order impugned.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly rejected.
