The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that his application for bringing on record the certain documents especially the certified copy of the hibanama has illegally been rejected by the court below on the ground that the petitioner has sought to adduce the photocopy in evidence whereas petitioner wanted the certified copy to be brought on record.

Issue notice to the respondent fixing a date in the week commencing 10th March 2014.
