Exhibit P7 order denying promotion to the appellant to the post of Assistant Secretary with retrospective effect from 20.8.2010 in the respondent-Bank was challenged before the learned Single Judge. The Writ Petition having been dismissed, this appeal is filed.
2. When the appeal was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant requested that the appellant may be given liberty to move under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act.
In view of the submission so made, this Writ Appeal is closed, vacating the findings of the learned Single Judge and clarifying that the judgment shall not be to the prejudice of the appellant in moving under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, as sought for by him.
