As per the report dated 24.02.2012 submitted by the learned Mediator the parties are unable to arrive at a mutually acceptable solution.

If the amount of maintenance awarded by the court below and arrears, if any, is not paid on or before the next date of hearing, order in accordance with law will be passed.
