Learned advocate Mr. Vyas is permitted to make amendment in the petition by adding Section 19 Subsection 4 of the Family Court Act.

Heard learned advocate Mr. DD Vyas for the petitioner. He submits that the impugned order is in respect of granting interim maintenance in the proceeding under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. In view of the decision of Manojkumar Harilal Joshi Vs. Truptiben Manojkumar Joshi (2004 (1) GLH 676), the Revision Application is maintainable.

In view of the above, Rule returnable on 23rd July, 2012.
