(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted, on instructions, that, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, they would try to consider representation of the ex-employees and parties herein for consideration of their cases at par with other similarly situated employees. It was agreed that necessary representation shall be made latest by tomorrow, i.e. 24.02.2012, through learned counsel Mr.K.K.Shah and it shall be considered and decided upon within a period of two weeks from the receipt thereof by competent authorities of the Western Railway. It was further stated that in case of failure to arrive at any mutually acceptable understanding, the petitions shall be argued on merits without seeking adjournment on any ground. Therefore, by consent, S.O. to 14.03.2012.
