On hearing learned advocates appearing for both sides and on having noted that respondent no. 3 herein has passed away on 10/6/2011, the request of the petitioner to bring heirs and legal representatives of the original respondent no. 3 is allowed. The applicant is permitted to amend cause title accordingly within three days. Notice to newly impleaded parties in SCA no. 18782/2011 returnable on 1st May 2012. Direct service permitted.
