Rameshbhai vs Khodaji

High Court Of Gujarat|24 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Parties have long drawn litigations between them, which need not require elaborate mention. Learned Sr. advocate Shri BB Naik urges this Court that since one of the petitions, being Misc. Civil Application No. 198 of 2011, is pending before another Court [Coram : Ravi R Tripathi, J.], the petitioner herein would like to make a request to the Hon'ble Chief Justice for conducting the present matter with that petition, which is objected to by the otherside on the ground that they are both separate issues and as per the roster, this request cannot be acceded to. This petition is, of course, preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, and therefore, Office has rightly placed the same before this Court. However, since the petitioner is desirous of moving the Hon'ble Chief Justice, for the aforesaid reason, the matter is adjourned to 9th March 2012.
