Heard learned senior advocate Mr.Manish Bhatt appearing for the petitioner and examined the documents with his assistance. During the course of hearing learned advocate Mr.Sunil Mehta appearing for the respondent pointed out that the suit land has changed the hands and new owner has not been impleaded as party-respondent and the suit has been filed for cancellation of the registered sale deed. He intends to file affidavit-in-reply in respect of the said matter. The matter is adjourned to 28th March, 2012, after such affidavit-in-reply is brought on record, further hearing shall take place.
