1. RULE.
Shri Dhirendra Mehta, learned advocate waives service of notice of rule on behalf of the proposed heirs of original respondent no. 2-Shri Hasmukhbhai Govindbhai (now deceased)
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original appellant permitting him to bring the heirs and legal representatives of original respondent no. 2 as mentioned in paragraph 1 of the application on record of the main Second Appeal No. 213/2007.
3. Having heard Shri Panchal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and Shri Mehta, learned advocate, who has instructions to appear on behalf of the proposed heirs of original respondent no. 2 and as the application is within the prescribed period of limitation, the prayer in terms of paragraph 4(A) is hereby granted.
4. With this, the present application is allowed. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No cost.
