(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to give advance copy to Mr.S.P. Hasurkar, who is present before the Court. Mr.Hasurkar states that he will take instructions in the matter.

The learned counsel may also give advance copy of the petition, which is pending before the learned Single Judge, to Mr.Hasurkar.
