1. In view of the directions passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal Nos.842/2012, 843/2012, 844/2012 and 904/2012 any other directions by way of interim relief do not deserve to be granted except clarifying that the observations and directions by the Hon'ble Division Bench would bind the respondents in respect of its activities in respect of the petitioner. The other issue raised in the petition is to be considered by the Larger Bench, therefore, it is not necessary to examine the said issue at this stage in present petition.

Having regard to the said order dated 18.6.2012 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Letters Patent Appeal Nos.842/2012, 843/2012, 844/2012 and 904/2012 and having regard to the fact that the other issue is to be considered by the Larger Bench, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition at this stage with a request that the liberty may be reserved to file appropriate application, if required, after the decision by the Larger Bench.
3. Therefore, present petition is disposed of as not pressed with the above said liberty as requested for by the present petitioner. It is needless to state that the respondent company will abide by the directions passed by Hon'ble Division Bench.
