(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) Heard Ms. Kruti M. Shah advocate for the appellant. She has invited attention of the Court to the judgment and order dated 19.11.2011 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Court no. 9, Ahmedabad in Sessions Case No. 219/2011. Learned advocate has submitted that the appellant is convicted for the offence under section 302 of IPC and awarded life imprisonment and fine of Rs. 10,000/-, in default, to undergo further S/I for three months.
