JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned senior advocate Mr. Yatin Oza for the petitioner is pressing for suspension of the order of detention.
Learned AGP Ms. Jirga Jhaveri, learned AGP for respondent No.1-State wants some time to file reply.
Considering the fact that in previous application being Special Civil Application No.12635 of 2013, a disclosure was made by the Competent Authority that there is no proposal for detaining the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner has withdrawn that petition. In view of such fact, it would be difficult to grant more time and therefore, matter is kept for final hearing on 26th September, 2013.
Learned AGP shall file reply on the next date.
