JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Ms.P.J.Joshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner of Special Criminal Application No.2095 of 2008, under the instruction from her client, has stated at the bar that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and, therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
Mr.Pathan, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner of Criminal Misc.Application No.15016 of 2008, under the instruction from his client, has also stated at the bar that the parties have settled the dispute amicably as they are brothers and, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
However, learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective applicants have requested that the liberty may be reserved in favour of the applicants to revive the present matters in case of difficulty and/or cause survive.
2. In view of the above, both these matters are dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. Rule is discharged in both the matters. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith in both the matters.
