This Contempt of Court case has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the direction given by this Court vide judgment dated 03.12.2013 in the writ petition.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the direction has been complied with by passing an order in tune with the direction of this Court, whereby the application preferred by the petitioner for 'NOC' has been rejected.
3. In the said circumstance, this Court finds that no further orders are called for in this case and it is closed without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to have the said order challenged if he is aggrieved in any manner and if so advised.
