Supplementary affidavit filed today which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the application was rejected by this Court by order dated 17.11.2017 in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 2799 of 2017 with certain direction by which trial court was expected to conclude the trial within the period of eight months.
Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and the matter has ripe for final argument.
Under the circumstances, I do not find any new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail, accordingly the bail application is hereby rejected.
However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the applicant latest by 30.06.2019 positively and send its report to this Court.
With the aforesaid observation the application is disposed of.
