1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved against non-payment of salary to the petitioner from the period w.e.f. 17.11.2016 to 24.07.2017. He has already represented to the Regional Manager but his representation had not been considered till date.
3. Learned counsel for respondents has no objection if the writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage itself.
4. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. In case certain dues are found admissible to be paid to the petitioner, they shall be directed to be paid within a further period of one month.
