Mr.Joshi, learned advocate for the applicant, has carried out the amendment.

The present application is filed for listing the main matter for final hearing. However, from the facts it transpires that opponent No.2-cooperative society is under liquidation and, therefore, the liquidator of the said society is permitted to be added as party. Hence, the present application is not entertained at this stage.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
