ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that the agricultural connection bearing Service Connection No.499 of Peddajamtram Village, Utkooru Mandal, Mahboobnagar District has been disconnected about four months back without any reason and that representation, dated 24.12.2014, made by the petitioner to respondent No.2 is not being considered.
In the light of the above grievance of the petitioner, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation, if the same is being received by him, take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.51128 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
