Following orders were passed in the matter on 17.9.2019:-
"It is stated that though petitioner has joined pursuant to an order of transfer dated 29.6.2019 and his last pay certificate has also been transmitted to the office concerned yet petitioner's salary has not commenced from the transferred office i.e. respondent no. 2.
Sri Pranesh Dutt Tripathi, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 2 may obtain instructions in the matter.
Post as fresh, once again, on 27.9.2019."
Sri P.D. Tripathi appearing for the respondents states that orders have already been passed for release of salary to petitioner but as the Account Officer is on leave, the amount has not been created.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to ensure release of salary alongwith arrears of petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
