Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Ramesh Singh with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation and to take action in case crime No. 318 of 2014, under section 302 IPC, P.S. Mitauli, District Kheri.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, it is directed that in case he is having any grievance with regard to the fair investigation, the same may be raised before S.S.P. Lucknow who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
