After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioner, on being confronted that the impugned order has been passed pursuant to the order passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, U.P., Lucknow, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the State Public Services Tribunal.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
