Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.
After some arguments, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the applicant to dismiss the present contempt petition with liberty to move a proper application for appropriate relief before the appropriate forum.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed with the said liberty.
