The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of a suit for injunction and compensation. The suit is pending as O.S. No. 862/2010on the file of the court of the Munsiff of Thiruvananthapuram. It is submitted that a connected suit as O.S. No. 1206/2010 is also simultaneously tried.
2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Thiruvananthapuram to dispose of O.S. No. 862/2010 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment. The suit in O.S. No. 1206/2010 shall also be tried simultaneously if possible.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
