The petitioner by means of present writ petition has assailed the suspension order dated 02.12.1998.
The stamp reporter has reported delay of 16 years and 78 days in filing the writ petition.
It appears that by now, disciplinary proceeding must have been concluded. Therefore, no cause of action survives or the petitioner has lost interest.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file recall application if the matter is still surviving, within a period of one month from today.
