The petitioner in the writ petition is alleging that some construction for Gaushala is being made over his agricultural land.
Since disputed questions of fact are involved, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction that if the petitioner prefers a representation before the respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Badaun raising all his grievances as raised in the present writ petition within a period of 15 days from today alongwith the certified copy of this order, the respondent no.2 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of two months.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
