JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by his order of date 7th June, 2010 by which he has been transferred from one block to another.

In this view of the matter, no interference is required in the matter under article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the order of transfer is in violation of Government policy dated 21st April, 2010, if that be so the petitioner can raise his grievance before the appropriate Higher Authority or file a representation.
