In response of the order dated 11.9.2019, Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions dated 25.9.2019 sent by the District Basic Education Officer, Jhansi, wherein it has been indicated that the order of the writ Court has been complied with. The instruction is taken on record. A copy of the instruction is given to learned counsel for the applicant.
Consequently nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to assail the validity of the said order before the appropriate forum.
