Heard Sri Virendra Kumar Yadav for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioners as daily wage employee.
It has been stated that the petitioners were appointed as Helper during 2009 to 2017. However Airport was not functional with effect from 6.11.2016 to 23.11.2016 as such the petitioners were allow to work as daily wage employee during this period. Thereafter they were not engaged. The petitioners have moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Managing Director, Airlines, respondent-2 to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned.
