After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant would be satisfied in case contempt petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate application in the pending petition bearing Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 7062 of 1998, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
