This revision is preferred against orders dated 15-4- 2008 in R.A.No.114 of 2006 on the file of Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad whereunder order dated 24-2-2006 in R.C.No.38 of 2004 on the file of II Additional Rent Controller, Hyderabad, is confirmed.
Heard arguments.
It is represented that sole respondent died and after his death, tenants delivered back possession of the property on 31-7-2010.
In view of the above material facts, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of this C.R.P., the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
