This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of the Case No. 682 of 2006, State vs. Ramesh Khanna and others, pending in the Court of Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th, Kanpur Nagar arisen from the charge-sheet dated 2.7.2005 submitted in Case Crime No. 321/04, under Sections 147, 336, 504, 332, 353, 427 I.P.C. and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S. Swaroop Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 4.11.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order stands vacated.
