This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.87 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the case, after enquiry, was closed as mistake of fact and an action drop report is also likely to be filed shortly.
3.Since the case itself is closed as mistake of fact, this petition need not be entertained and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
