Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Diwakar Singh for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no.6.
By means of this Public Interest Litigation, petitioner complains of encroachment by private respondents 6 to 7 over plot no.647 situated in Mauja Kanspur Gugauli, Tehsil Bindki, District Fatehpur, which is recorded under class 6(2) of the khatauni.
The petitioner made a representation before the District Magistrate, Fatehpur and seeks directions for appropriate orders being passed thereon.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Fatehpur to consider and dispose of the representation dated 05.07.2019 expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
