Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel. Shri Ashish Kumar Srivastava has accepted notice on behalf of Gaon Sabha.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to second respondent to decide petitioner's appeal filed on 15.10.2018 against the order dated 27.9.2018 as Ramesh Chand v. State of U.P. through its Collector, Kurawali, Distt. Mainpuri within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid appeal in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
