Heard Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner claims himself to be senior most L.T. Grade Teacher in the institution and is claiming promotion on the post of Lecturer (Sanskrit). The petitioner submits that he possesses the qualification and experience for being appointed as Lecturer in the institution, but the Committee of Management has not forwarded the papers with ulterior motive.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the Joint Director of Education as well as the D.I.O.S., but no decision has been taken so far.
According to learned counsel for the petitioner the vacancy occurred on 30.3.2019 and the matter is still pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner's application is pending and the petitioner is found to be eligible and has the requisite qualification and experience, the claim of the petitioner be considered in accordance with law, as far as possible, within three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned.
