Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri Vipin Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 2.8.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 2.8.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 4th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 2.8.2019 the words pending before the Court of C.J.M.Etah are deleted and in its place the words "peniding before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Jalesar Etah" are substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
