JUDGMENT / ORDER

After the enforcement of Sanskrit Shiksha Adhiniyam, the Joint Director of Education (Sanskrit) was directed to pay salary to Sanskrit teachers. On 17.9.2012, three weeks and no more was allowed to file counter affidavit. Counter affidavit has not been filed. Learned Standing Counsel sought further time.
As a last opportunity, three weeks time is allowed to file counter affidavit.
List on 5.11.2012. On that day, if counter affidavit will not be filed, the Joint Director of Education (Sanskrit) shall appear in person.
