Notices on behalf of opposite parties have been accepted by Sri U.N. Mishra, learned counsel.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that by means of impugned order dated 19.11.2011 the representation of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner was appointed as Technical Assistant on contract basis at Maraila Godown, District Ambedkar Nagar and presently the said godown is not in operation and, therefore, the petitioner cannot be allowed to continue in the said godown.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the opposite parties on misconception treated that the petitioner as working at Maraila Godown District Ambedkar Nagar, whereas he was working at Jafarganj Godown, District Sultanpur.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties prays for and is granted ten days' time to seek instruction in the matter.
