Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 17.04.2019 passed by Court below in Original Suit no.34/2019 (Shailendra Kumar and others vs. Sri Chandra Pal and others).
The Court has proceeded to peruse the record in question and finds no reason or occasion calling upon any proceeding under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, in case some injunction order has been flouted, it is always open to the applicant to move an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2A of CPC before appropriate forum and this Court hopes and trust that the said application, if any, shall be decided expeditiously by the Authority concerned.
With the above, the Contempt Application is disposed of.
