This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the court below to dispose off the bail application of the applicants on the same day in pursuance of FIR dated 29.4.2018 in Case Crime No. 203 of 2018 under Sections 307, 323, 504 and 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(DA) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Bewar, District Mainpuri.
Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
It appears that the matter is still under investigation and the applicants had already challenged the FIR in the writ petition which has already been dismissed without granting any protective direction in the matter. In such circumstances, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain this application till the submission of the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
The application is accordingly, dismissed.
