Order of attachment from Allahabad to Commissioner Rural Development Lucknow has been challenged in this petition.
The main ground of the petitioner is that his son met an accident with a truck on account of which his lower portion of his body has been thoroughly damage and since 2007 he is physically handicapped.
It is further submitted that petitioner wants to be retained at Allahabad for one year.
Consideration of the hardship lies within the domain of the competent authority and therefore, learned Standing Counsel is directed to obtain instrution in respect to all these facts and place complete facts before this court on or before the next date fixed.
Put up this matter on 28th July, 2014, as fresh.
