Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is a contractor. He is claiming refund of the G.S.T. from the respondent No.3 in accordance with the provisions of the Government Order dated 08.11.2017.
The petitioner for the above purpose has moved separate applications for separate amounts on 15.12.2017, 18.01.2018 and again on 18.01.2018 before the respondent No.3 but the respondent No.3 has not considered the applications of the petitioner.
In view of the above, we dispose off the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide all the above three applications of the petitioner in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
The writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
