Pursuant to the order dated 06.09.2018, learned standing counsel has obtained instructions, according to which the order of suspension, passed against the petitioner, has already been cancelled and the disciplinary inquiry has also been dropped.
Instructions, in that regard, are taken on record.
In view of the fact that the order of suspension has already been withdrawn and disciplinary inquiry is dropped, no further grievance survives.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
