Heard Shri D.B. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Mahboob Ahmad, learned counsel for the Power Corporation.
It appears that the supplementary affidavit filed before this Court contains fresh documents which have to be verified by the department.
Learned counsel for the power corporation states that the fresh date of hearing is fixed as 03.06.2019 before the authority concerned.
The authority concerned may pass appropriate orders on that date in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
