Sri Sankalp Narain, learned counsel for the respondents has produced copy of order dated 28.11.2019 passed by Finance Officer, University of Allahabad pursuant to which, salary of the petitioner has been stopped. He submits that petitioner has not assailed the said order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no knowledge about the order dated 28.11.2019 and he came to know about the said order just now.
Due to this subsequent development, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh petition.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed subject to liberty aforesaid.
