The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide the application for temporary injunction pending in Original Suit No.287 of 2014 expeditiously.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that certain misc. applications other than for temporary injunction are being posted for disposal.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment.
