Sri Ritesh Upadhyay, Advocate, holding brief of Sri A.K.Goyal, learned counsel for revisionist, states that in appeal, judgment and order of Court below was modified in respect of sentence and instead imprisonment, only fine of Rs. 2500/- was imposed which the revisionist has already deposited and, therefore, this revision has rendered infructuous.
2. Dismissed, accordingly.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
4. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
