Heard Shri Devendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 3 and Shri Manu Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents no 4 and 5.
Shri Manu Saxena files supplementary counter affidavit stating therein that the impugned order dated 28.2.2018 has been recalled by order dated 26.5.2018, copy of which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the supplementary counter affidavit.
In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 7 Commissioner, Meerut Region, Meerut to ensure payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
